  • Click Power, hold down Shift on your keyboard and then click Restart.
  • Now click on Troubleshoot option.
  • Click on Advanced option.
  • Now click Startup Settings > Restart.
  • This will show you a menu. Press that number on your keyboard that corresponds to Enable Safe Mode in the menu.  (For example, press 4 if it corresponds to Enable Safe Mode in the menu).
